I was searching around for a web site that had some info on a school that I have heard of, and I came to your list of haunted places in Illinios. Aster reading thorugh it, I didn't see what I was looking for, but I though that maybe you could find out more about it. Well, here goes the story i've heard. I heard it on a radio show a year ago, which makes me a bit skeptical, but I think I still remember the major points of it.

It seems that there was this all male Catholic school where the head priest went insane one night and killed all the kids. It then closed down. It was reopened some time later, only to have the exact same thing happen again. Years later, some guys sneaked in there with a camera and began taping taping what they saw. They saw faces of boys, etc. They also found a small room, only accessible from some ducting, that faces north and has a sand covered floor. There was much more to it, including the path to the school being haunted (people who have been there said that something follows them). but I can't remember it all. I think that it deserves some research. I've tried to look into it online but so far I've come up empty. If you can, try to look into it. BTW, those guys that took the vidoe said they were going to sell copies. Don't know if they ever did or not.
