Answer #1:
Fro San Antonio ghosts, there are several places
you can visit that are open to the public.
The St.Anthony ,Menger,Crockett ,Emily Morgan,
and Gunter hotels are all haunted.
The Alamo is haunted as well,as is the Jose Navarro House which I think located at Hemsphire Plaza. The Witte Museum on Broadway is also haunted.
The famous railroad tracks are at Villamaine and Shane Road.
There are ghosts tours of the San Antonio area.
As far as Seguin goes, contact the Seguin Gazette newspaper.I'm sure they have a website.
I know there is an abadoned house on Youngsford road near Mcqueeny that there is no gate on.
Some of the abadoned houses i am aware of are all on fenced property.
There is also one on off Haeckerville Road. You turn left on Arizpe Road and is on your left hand side. This is near Cibolo in the Haeckerville area.
You have to go FM78 to Haeckerville Road, turn right by the Lone Star Ice House, and go down a ways. Don't know if any of these places are haunted.
You may want to go US HWy 90 Alternate to go to the ghost town of Oak Forest. There is also in Gonzales County,Dewville,Jeddo,Monthalia,Dilworth,Nickle(only store remains) and several other such ghost towns. My dad liked to drive around alot, that's how i knwo about these towns.
Hope this helps out.
