So what is an urban legend? What is real? What isn't? You know, you will never know for sure unless you can support the story, that is the only way, even if you search and search on something and don't find anything about it, doesn't mean it never happened. But it doesn't mean it is real either... The haunted listings on this site can be considered an urban legend, it is a story passed from one person to another and as it gets passed on the real story tends to get distorted. In the end though, I believe there is a base to them all. Weither it happened as it is listed, or as an urban legend is told, well, that is what people like to find out...
