This is a long listing of phobias, some phobias can get so severe that it will need to be taken care of. There is a huge difference between phobias and fears. Many people think that they are they same, when in fact, phobias are much worse than a fear. Phobias aren't something that you dislike, phobias are something that scare you and most people don't know why. A fear is something that scares you yes, but a fear isn't something that will give you a panic attack or you can't work your life through it. Phobias make many people have panic attacks, they will do everything in their power to get their life around the phobia, it totally disrupts that person's everyday life. People become frozen with phobias, not so as fears. Phobias can be very hard to overcome.
I can't give you medical advice that should be followed to the nail. I can give suggestions, but the best thing for a very tough phobia, or a phobia that you would want to over come would be to see a psychologist, not a psychiatrist, they like to give out drugs to help you, which isn't helping. Drugs will become a crutch for you, and when you stop taking them, it all comes back, they don't cure you. A psychologist will help you to overcome the phobia with out drug aid.
