This is a story my dad scared me with when I was little.
Delaney Center- Towson Maryland...
Me, and my friend mike were working one night and he asked me to help him do his rounds through the building and i did, well we had to go into the stair well to unlock the fourth floor door, and when we did we got locked into the stair well bare in mind none of the doors lock exsept the 4th floor, it got very very cold and we could hear screaming ad banging it went on for like 2 hours, also i had to work the Sheraton which is right next door and every morning at 3am you can hear a gun shot right byth pool, and then all you hear is a bunch of loud screams....
